Nach 2001 belebte sich zwar der Wohnungsbau, doch die Preisentwicklung f\u00fchrte dazu, dass die Kaufkraft der Bev\u00f6lkerung beim Erwerb von Wohnungen im Zeitraum 2004\u20132006 um 15\u201330% gesunken ist. Das hat die Regierung dazu veranla\u00dft, ein umfangreiches Gesetzespaket zur Regulierung des Wohnungsmarktes aufzulegen und im Rahmen des Nationalen Projekts \u201eErschwingliches Wohnen\u201c Ma\u00dfnahmen dazu zu ergreifen, die Krise im Wohnungssektor zu \u00fcberwinden. Bisher ist es aber nicht zu einer f\u00fchlbaren Verbesserung der Situation gekommen.
